Performance Assessment & Improvement

We work alongside business leaders to assess the current state of their business to help them identify strengths to build upon and areas to improve to meet and exceed their goals related to bottom line performance, market impact and customer relations. To enhance individual performance, we also help our clients customize their learning program assessment to ensure learner competency and skills are identified to impact both learner development and program outcomes.

We do this by focusing specifically on human capital and these steps:

  • Facilitate a strategic planning session with leaders and teams to identify core human performance goals and success measures for the business

  • Coach leaders on how to collect performance data and assess their teams’ performance to goals

  • Design a goal development plan for work teams

  • Coach leaders on delivering performance feedback to individuals and teams

  • Work with leaders and teams to implement a culture of accountability to goals, the organization, and customers

Instructional Design

Whether you have a defined outline of the learning objectives and curriculum you plan to deliver and just need to formalize the delivery, or you have a rough idea of what you want your learners to experience and need someone to step in to design the course from the ground up, we will partner with you to ensure you achieve the learning outcomes you desire. We do this by:

  • Meeting with key stakeholders to understand the desired outcomes, learning modality and experience for the course

  • Creating a blended learning instructional design architecture for the learning experience that includes the overall curriculum outline, learning modules and lessons, instructional treatment, speakers and timeline

  • Writing content for each learning module that meets the course objectives and is tailored to address the needs of all learner types

  • Designing learning activities that meet all learner type needs to include self, pairs and teams

  • Creating learner materials such as Participant Guides, Handouts, Key Concept Cards

  • Creating course Facilitator materials such as Facilitator Guides to demonstrate the timing, script, and activities for each learning module, the PowerPoint deck and notes, and any Wallcharts or classroom support tools

  • Helping you show proof of learning effectiveness through designing course evaluations that assess the Four Levels of Measurement, including course experience, knowledge acquisition, on-the-job application and return on investment
